Work From Home with Flexibility
This is primarily a remote, work-from-home role, allowing you to build your career without the need for a daily commute.
Most of your responsibilities—including prospecting, scheduling meetings, conducting online demonstrations, and following up with clients—will be carried out virtually.
From time to time, you may be required to visit clients, attend business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, or conduct in-person presentations when opportunities arise.
This role offers the flexibility of working from home while giving you the opportunity to build valuable business relationships within your country.
Your Role
As the Regional Business Development Manager, you will:

Identify and connect with businesses in your country.

Schedule meetings with business owners and HR professionals.

Conduct professional demonstrations online of HR Hub.

Answer client questions and recommend the right solution.

Work with our implementation team to onboard new customers.

Build lasting relationships and grow HR Hub's presence in your market.
You won't be selling a product—you'll be helping businesses transform the way they manage their workforce.
Professional Product Certification
Before starting, you'll complete a 4-week certification programme to ensure you're fully prepared to represent HR Hub.
Weeks 1–3

Learn the platform, HR processes, onboarding, and sales approach.
Week 4

Monday to Friday

4 hours per day

Mock presentations, live demos, and certification.
Once certified, you'll officially represent HR Hub in your country.
After Completing the Certification Course Compensation
Base Salary: US$1,000 per month
Commission
💰 US$200 for every new customer
Monthly Bonus
🎯 Close 5 customers in a month and earn an additional US$250
Quarterly Bonus
🏆 Close 25 customers in a quarter and receive an additional US$1,000
